We ship globally from our facilities in Barcelona.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment and the courier company used, so that you can follow up your order at all times from transport companies’ websites.
Due to current situation in Ukraine, we have suspended all shipments in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.
Note that due to current customs restrictions, we do not ship to India.
Delivery times are indicated in the product page, and they may vary among 24/72 hours. Orders that include several items will be shipped in a single shipment.
Those orders and payment confirmations received after 12:00 CET, will be processed the next business day (working days from Monday to Friday, except holidays marked in the official calendar.).
Shipping costs are calculated once the shipping address is entered. The costs will be calculated automatically and you will see them in the summary of your order.
Duties of orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, are included in the price.
Countries outside the European Union can be affected by customs and this could imply the payment of custom duties.

Customs duties may be imposed for goods imported from other countries. As these charges are based on several factors beyond our control, we are unable to inform you of possible charges due to significant differences from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information on customs charges in your country
If your order arrives damaged or if you have a problem with an item ordered, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form and we will be glad to help you with your issue.
In case of loss of the package during shipment, it is necessary that you contact us so we file a case with the courier company to declare the package undeliverable and refundable.
If you refuse to accept the delivery of part or all of your order (while the products or their packaging do not appear damaged or defective), the fees and costs incurred in the return may be deducted from the refund. The same rule applies if the tracking of the order indicates that the delivery has been attempted or that the item is waiting to be picked up from a postal depot and has not been picked up and returned to us.
In case the order has been shipped and you’re determined to cancel the order, you will have to receive the package and then submit a return request.
