At Condret we try to describe every item as accurately as possible and display it with many images so you can have a real idea of how the product looks like. However, if once you receive your order, the item is not what you expected, you can return or change your purchase.

You have up to 30 days from the reception of the product to return or exchange your order. You can also exercise your right of remorse contacting us through our contact form and we will respond informing you of how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Please note that return requests (for exchange or refund) can only be accepted if the items have been returned in terms of their original compliance status. The products will only be refunded when they are returned in their original packaging, with the label and in perfect conditions for sale. Any item damaged in any way that is worn or dirty, and whose conditions do not allow it to be sold, cannot be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Shipping charges, gift wrapping and gift cards are non-refundable.

Once you have filled out and sent the return form that you will find in the section “Returns and exchanges” in your account, you will receive the instructions so that you can send it to our facilities:

Shipping returning costs are at your own. Do not hesitate to choose and use the shipping company that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive prices but, in order to have more control over your return, we recommend that you use a shipping service in which you are provided with a tracking number so you can know where your parcel is at all times. If the client does not accept the option to recover the cost or the shipping return when the item can’t be refunded, Condret will keep the product.
