Ship and deliveries
We ship globally from our facilities in Barcelona.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment and the courier company used, so that you can follow up your order at all times from transport companies’ websites.
Due to current situation in Ukraine, we have suspended all shipments in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.
Note that due to current customs restrictions, we do not ship to India.
Delivery times
Shipments are made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Delivery times are the following:
– Spain: 24-48 hours.
– Europe: 2-3 days.
– Rest of the world: 2-4 days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, except for holidays marked on the official calendar.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated once the shipping address is entered. The costs will be calculated automatically and you will see them in the summary of your order.
Custom duties
National shipments
Orders with delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, may be subject to taxes and/or customs fees and will be borne by the buyer. The VAT amount charged on the order will be refunded for orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
International shipments
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be affected by customs and this could involve the payment of customs duties.
Taxes and/or customs duties for these countries are not included.
Claims on reception
If your order arrives damaged or if you have a problem with an item ordered, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form and we will be glad to help you with your issue.
In case of loss of the package during shipment, it is necessary that you contact us so we file a case with the courier company to declare the package undeliverable and refundable.
Refusal of delivery
If you refuse to accept the delivery of part or all of your order (while the products or their packaging do not appear damaged or defective), the fees and costs incurred in the return may be deducted from the refund. The same rule applies if the tracking of the order indicates that the delivery has been attempted or that the item is waiting to be picked up from a postal depot and has not been picked up and returned to us.
In case the order has been shipped and you’re determined to cancel the order, you will have to receive the package and then submit a return request.
